I work with parents of children with ADHD, Autism, and mood or emotional challenges, as well as parents who want to better understand, connect with, and support their children. I help families manage stress, navigate difficult behaviors, and feel more confident in their parenting.

I offer:

1:1 Parent Coaching: Personalized support to overcome parenting challenges, build confidence, and strengthen your relationship with your child.

Parent Support Groups: Guided group sessions for connection, practical strategies, and community.

Emotional Wellness Coaching: Tools to manage stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm.

I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Techniques (CBT), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Motivational Interviewing, and mindfulness-based coaching — all tailored to your family’s needs.

Sessions are typically 60 minutes and online via Zoom, but can also be arranged in person if preferred. Each session focuses on addressing your challenges, setting practical goals, and creating strategies you can apply right away.

Coaching services are self-pay. I’m happy to discuss payment options during your consultation.
